WEEK 7 & 8

See you again guys, after a week break we see again. Now, we are in week 7 and I almost forget what I had learned in class before this. HAHA. For this week, Miss Nisha move on to topic 4 which is Database. Database is an organized collection of data. The collection of information arranged and presented and presented in alphabetical order. The main function of Database is To store, To organize and To control all the DATA. There have 2 components in database, Data item and Schema.


Now, we move on to the DBMS. Database Management System is a software for manipulating database.
The examples of DBMS is :

• MySQL
• Microsoft Access
• FileMaker 
• and others

For more information, Database use 4 types of languages :

• Data Definition Language (DDL)
• Data Manipulating Language (DML)
• Structured Quiry Language (SQL)
• Data Control Language (DCL)

 I also learnt about DBMS users. Who design the system and who will manage and maintain the system.

This one is the Definition : Database Models

• organization 

Then I learnt about Entity, Attributes and Relationship. Relationship have 3 types which is ( One to One, One to Many and Many to Many)

Types of Database Models are :

• Hierarchical database
• Network database
• Relational database
• Object-relational database
